Ingredients:
- 2 mangoes (champagne or ataulfa mangoes)
- 1/3 red pepper
- 1/2 jalapeño (or more according to spice level. If you really like spicy, go with a habanero pepper)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 medium sized red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp smoked salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 c olive oil
Directions:
Pulse everything but the olive oil in a food processor until a chunky texture achieved. Add in the olive oil slowly as you run the processor over the course of 10 seconds. Serve with chips, or on your favorite tacos! I like using salmon or tilapia for mine 🙂
