Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 mangoes (champagne or ataulfa mangoes)
  • 1/3 red pepper
  • 1/2 jalapeño (or more according to spice level. If you really like spicy, go with a habanero pepper)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 medium sized red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp smoked salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 c olive oil


Directions:

Pulse everything but the olive oil in a food processor until a chunky texture achieved. Add in the olive oil slowly as you run the processor over the course of 10 seconds. Serve with chips, or on your favorite tacos! I like using salmon or tilapia for mine 🙂
